 With Respect to our clients and booking dates, Mi Chef requires an advanced nonrefundable deposit on all social events, to insure that both date and time are committed from all parties involved. A contract and detailed plan will be written and approved by the client and MI Chef to reserve your special event date. Thorough attention is paid to every detail to ensure success from our staff on your behalf.  All events and bookings have applicable taxes and gratuity charges and attendant fees as needed. All charges are made payable in advance to Mi Chef Caters in the form of cash, check, money order or cashiers check. Mi Chef will work closely with every client in regards to payments and plans. Corporate events, smaller lunches and affairs require an advanced pre-approved order form with an authorized signature. All orders require 48 hours advance notice.
